Project Description

The project is a simple pump based on a pendulum mechanism that requires little input energy to operate.

The pendulum is connected to a combination of reciprocating and rotary mechanisms so that even relatively small pendulum movement can support water delivery at a reasonable head.

An eccentric lobe on a rotary plate calibrates the up-and-down movement used for the pumping operation.
